→ What do I earn as a tasker on Luado?
As a private fixer (under the small job regulations), you have a fixed payment of 267 NOK/hour. As a freelance fixer, you earn 449 NOK/hour before tax/VAT and an admin fee to our partner PayoutPartner. If you offer help through your own sole proprietorship (ENK) or company (AS), you can choose from 4 different price levels (your payment): 299 NOK/hour (only before VAT obligation), 449 NOK/hour, 599 NOK/hour, or 749 NOK/hour. You pay tax and VAT on this amount. You can easily switch between the price levels.
→ When can I start?
That’s up to you. As soon as your profile is complete, we will approve it, and you’ll be ready to go. Most people are ready for their first job within 2-3 days.
→ Who decides when I work?
You do! Enter the times you want to work in your Luado calendar, and customers will know when you are available for assignments.
→ What to I need to get started?
To be approved as a fixer on Luado, we require the following from you: A smartphone (iOS/Android) that supports the Luado app. You must be over 18 years old, have a Norwegian personal identification number, and permission to work in Norway. You should have practical skills and be responsible and service-minded.
→ Where can I work with Luado?
Luado is available in the largest urban areas in Southern Norway. This includes: Greater Oslo, the Drammen region, Trondheim, Bergen, Stavanger, Kristiansand, Haugesund and the Ringsaker region. Check if you can work in your neighborhood using the search at the top of this page.
→ How do I get jobs?
As soon as your profile is approved by us and you have available time in your calendar, your profile will be visible in the app, and customers can choose you for their assignments. If you are chosen, you will receive a notification on your phone.
→ How do I get paid?
As soon as you have completed an assignment, you confirm this in the app. The customer is automatically notified, confirms the job is done, and payment is processed automatically. Your payment is then transferred directly to your bank account via our payment partner, Stripe.
→ Why is profile strenght important?
Luado uses profile strength as a tool to rank the quality of fixers on the platform. The higher your score, the better visibility and likelihood that customers will choose you. Read more about profile strength here.
→ What experience do I need?
You need to have practical experience with the services you offer through the platform. Customers using Luado expect you to be service-oriented and capable of performing the job well and efficiently. Remember that you, as the person completing the assignment, are responsible for the work done. If you are unsure about your skills, you should not offer your services in that area.
