You can easily improve your profile strength and increase your chances of getting assignments at Luado. The system is designed so that you can build up your profile and develop along the way. The profile strength is currently not visible to the buyers and this is only reflected in ranking in the booking.
You see the sum of your profile strength at each level in the app / on your profile. For example, if you have 5/20, it means that you have 5 out of a maximum of 20 points within a level. Make some adjustments on your profile, to increase the score.
🏁 Complete booked jobs (20p)
In order for customers to have a good experience of the platform, it’s important that you perform the jobs you get. Although something unforeseen can always happen, we encourage you to try to avoid having your jobs canceled by the customer, archived, or that you cancel the job yourself. This can be ensured by choosing the right categories, have good description of your experience, and having frequent and good communication with the customer. To get max score, you must have an average of> 80% of ordered vs. paid jobs. A completion rate of less than 50% can lead to blocking of your profile.
📲 Answer customers quickly (10p)
Try to avoid letting customers wait for a response. Surveys show that taskers who respond the fastest are also the ones with the highest rating. If you answer between 3 and 5 hours, you get 5 points and if you answer in less than 3 hours, you get 10 points.
😀 Add a good profile picture of you (10p)
Buyers are very interested to see who the person that will come to their home, and do the job. And there is actually a 400% bigger chance of getting assignments with vs. without profile picture. A profile picture gives you 10 points
📅 Add time to your calendar (10p)
In order for buyers to be able to see you in booking, you must add time in your calendar. When you have added 1-20 hours, you get 5 points, with 20+ hours you get 15 points. The hours must be for the next 14 days to apply.
💪 Complete many jobs (10 p)
Practice makes perfect! And we want to highlight the champions on the platform. If you have 1-3 completed jobs in the last three months, you get 5 points, if you have 4 or more completed assignments in the last three months, you get 10 money.
🔁 Encourage buyers to book you again (5p)
What is a better sign of success than having the customer order you again? Often there is not much that needs to be done, you can for example mention to the customer when you are there, that they can go to your profile and press «order me again». You get 5 points when 10% of your jobs are from repurchase customers.
📝 Good description of your experience (5p)
This text should help you get the jobs you want and can do. Buyers at Luado dependents on knowing what kind of experience you have, in order to be able to judge if you are the right person for the job. Be sure to be detailed and honest. Ps! You can also use this text box to tell what you don’t want to work with.
⭐ Good ratings (30)
Ratings are very important for most of the buyers. When you have a rating of over 4.7 on average, you get 10 points, if you have over 4.85 on average, you get 10 points. If you have 5 on average, you get 30 points extra in profile strength.
