Buying help, or offering help via Luado, should be easy, safe and secure for all users of the platform.

We ask all our users to respect our common rules, and through that contribute to a good experience for everyone. Luado regularly monitors the use of the platform, and takes the necessary action when any discrepancies are registered.
MAKES IT EASY TO MEET
Be sure to clarify your expectations of the other party before the assignment starts, by using the chat actively. Clarify, for example, details about the job to be performed, or whoever welcomes the tasker etc.
All people who use the Luado platform must be registered with their own profile. It is not permitted to have registered several profiles, and taskers that are ordered must be the same as the one who shows up for the assignment.
Be attentive and available to your counterpart. Report changes well in advance of the task, no later than the day before the start time. In the event of an acute illness / accident, you must first notify the other party and suggest a new time. If you do not succeed, you can contact Luado customer service to find an alternative solution.
MAKE IT SAFE TO MEET
Inform about things that your other party should know about in order for the task to be carried out in a safe way, for example if work is to be carried out at height, you are sick, or have an illness that makes you extra sensitive to something.
Make sure that there is no risk of infection involved in the meeting between the parties, and that infection control is taken into account regardless of the type of illness.
Respect privacy during and after the meeting. Contact your other party via the Luado chat for questions or deviations. It is not permitted to contact the other party to complain about a rating or review.
MAKE THE AGREEMENT NEAT AND PROFESSIONAL
Booking, payment and communication must take place via the Luado platform. This ensures that the work is carried out in a responsible manner for the individual and society. It also gives you security if something goes wrong.
Tell the other party if something is damaged in connection with a task, and clarify this with the other party before you end the task.
Discrimination or harassment of other users on the Luado platform is not permitted. Treat others the way you want to be treated.
It is not permitted to influence employees of Luado or the counterparty to perform services in exchange for money, or against a specific rating / assessment.
